Light Base 500 stands for a clear design and the core values of gaming: performance, easy accessibility and functionality.

The angled fan frame on the side not only demonstrates elegance and functionality, but also directs more air to the GPU - a component that usually requires a lot of air. The housing therefore has a recess that serves as an efficient air intake. The frame can also be pulled out upwards for easy installation of fans. Cable management is easier than ever thanks to a channel that elegantly conceals everything. If additional fans are installed in the lower area, they fit perfectly into the base of the case thanks to a lowered fan compartment.

Light Base 500 has 4 pre-installed Pure Wings 3 fans. The rear fan is a Pure Wings 3 120mm PWM, the intake fans on the side are Pure Wings 3 120mm PWM fans with reversed fan blades. All fans are optimised for maximum airflow and reduce noise and turbulence at the same time with their specially shaped fan blades. The inverted fan blades ensure that their beautiful side is visible at all times.

The Light Base 500 may appear compact, but it offers enough space for a 360 mm radiator, an ATX mainboard and graphics cards up to 400 mm in length. The clever design of the drive bracket provides slots for 2 HDDs and 2 SSDs simultaneously without compromising the space for cable management behind the motherboard tray.

The motherboard tray supports all backside connector designs such as Asus BTF (Back to Future), MSI Project Zero and Gigabyte Project Stealth, allowing an unobstructed view without cables. To enable the support of connections on the rear without giving up a drive bay, the positions of the power supply unit and the drive bracket are simply swapped.
