Beyerdynamic's top model T1 sets standards in terms of sound - a real headphone highlight - but also in terms of price.

Beyerdynamic forges a real sound gem with the T1. They sit perfectly on the head and are comfortable to wear, even over longer periods of time. Their sound truly lives up to HiRes and gives us listeners a comfortably warm feeling. They are the ideal headphones for long evenings of music beyond the stress of everyday life.

Designed as a 32-ohm listener, the T1 is now also suitable for on-the-go use, at least in terms of playing pleasure and dynamics on smartphones. Compared to its closed brother, the T5, the open T1 scores with a spacious sound panorama with high transparency and fine, airy highs - ideal for classical music lovers...

That is really a difficult decision. In the test, both versions left a lasting impression on me, whereby I particularly liked the effervescence and playfulness of the T1. On the other hand, I liked the earthy low bass of the T5. Well, actually I want both - if only the wallet would play along!
