Cisco introduces a new standard for desk phones with a portfolio designed for modern office environments. The Desk Phone 9800 series has been created with IT and facilities in mind, offering four new phone models and a Key Expansion Module (KEM). Each phone comes equipped with the newly released PhoneOS software, which simplifies the user experience and complements our video portfolio of RoomOS devices to provide a seamless experience from workstations to meeting rooms. With enhanced functionality, the 9800 series combines secure enterprise calls, meetings, desk reservations, sustainability, and emergency notifications into a single device. There’s no need to purchase a separate device for each function – all features are integrated into every phone.
