The Blue Laser & NIR The CR-Scan Raptor features an innovative combination of blue laser and infrared light sources, covering the scanning of small, medium, and large objects, thereby meeting the requirements of various industrial 3D scanning scenarios.

With seven blue parallel laser lines, it offers metrological accuracy that can reach up to 0.02 mm in laser scan mode. The individual laser lines are as fine as 0.1 mm, resulting in sharper and clearer point cloud edges.

The structured infrared light scanning enables marker-free scanning: the CR-Scan Raptor operates with speckle-matching 3D imaging and does not require markers for feature-rich workpieces. Objects can be scanned quickly and directly.

The scanning speed with blue light is up to 60 fps, while the NIR scanning speed reaches up to 20 fps. The face and body mode is equipped with a unique facial imaging algorithm that captures more details. A scan of the human body takes only 2 minutes.

The advanced temperature compensation algorithm enhances temperature stability and ensures accuracy. Equipped with one-shot 3D imaging technology, the CR-Scan Raptor is stabilized and less prone to tracking losses. The fast tracking speed allows for smoother handheld scanning.

Even without scanner spray, you can scan cars, car parts, tires, and other black or metallic objects to achieve the desired model effect. By combining line lasers with structured infrared light, the CR-Scan Raptor can scan objects of various sizes.
