This Delock converter allows the installation of an M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD with Key M or an M.2 SATA SSD with Key B in the 2280, 2260, 2242, and 2230 formats. When using an NVMe SSD, the converter connects to the U.2 interface, and when using a SATA SSD, it connects to the SATA interface.

The converter can be installed in a 2.5" bay of a docking station for HDD/SSD.

The special feature of this converter is that no tools are required to install the M.2 SSD. The SSD is inserted into the slot and secured with a rubber cap on the board.

On the top side, which is made of metal, a connection to the installed SSD is established through a thermal pad inside. This ensures good cooling of the SSD.
