Product details

This USB charger from Delock can be used to charge USB devices. The connection is equipped with a USB Type-C Power Delivery (PD 3.1) port, allowing supported devices to be charged with up to 140 watts.

The USB PD 3.1 specification defines voltage levels of 28, 36, and 48 volts with support for the Extended Power Range (EPR) at 5 amps each. With a calculated maximum power of 240 watts (48 V / 5 A), it can power various categories of devices, including high-performance laptops and desktop PCs. The Delock charger provides an output power of 28 V and 5 A.

The use of GaN (Gallium Nitride) transistors increases efficiency compared to traditional silicon technology. Even with very compact dimensions, high output power can be achieved.

For the EPR mode (28, 36, 48 V / 5 A), a USB cable with the appropriate E-Marker is required. If this E-Marker is not present, a maximum of 3 A will be transmitted. Corresponding cables from Delock are available optionally.
