The RapidChange Revo ObXidian nozzle offers wear resistance that is significantly higher than that of any other E3D nozzle. It is several times harder than the Nozzle X and any other generic hardened steel nozzle. This durability is achieved through the combination of a tool steel insert with an E3DLC coating, which also integrates anti-stick properties into the nozzle itself, resulting in significantly less plastic buildup.

Each Revo nozzle is a pre-assembled nozzle and HeatBreak in one, eliminating the risk of dangerously over-tightening and the possibility of incorrect assembly. Say goodbye to frustrating hot end leaks and enjoy reliable 3D printing!

Identify nozzle sizes at a glance with a color-coded silicone sock. Each Revo nozzle also has its size engraved with easily readable numbers, so there are no confusing identification features to learn.

Please note:

• Revo nozzles are not compatible with V6-style HeaterBlocks.
• You may need to adjust your Z-offset when changing nozzles.
• We do not recommend using abrasive materials with 0.25 mm nozzles, as particle sizes, especially with fibers, can often be larger than 0.25 mm, significantly increasing the risk of clogs. Nevertheless, 0.25 mm nozzles still benefit from the reduced adhesion properties of the E3DLC coating.
