The Eltako Radio Repeater FRP62-230V is a 1- and 2-level radio repeater with a standby loss of only 0.7 watts. It is suitable for flush mounting and has dimensions of 49x51 mm with a depth of 20 mm. The connection terminals are plug terminals for conductor cross-sections from 0.2 mm² to 2.5 mm².

The supply voltage is 230 V. This repeater is necessary when structural conditions prevent uninterrupted reception or when the distance between the radio switch and receiver is too great. If the supply voltage is connected only to terminals L and N, the 1-level mode is active. In this mode, only the radio signals from sensors are received, checked, and retransmitted at full transmission power. Radio signals from other repeaters are ignored to reduce data volume.

If, in addition to the supply voltage, the phase is connected to terminal Level 2, the 2-level mode is active. In this mode, in addition to the radio signals from sensors, the radio signals from 1-level repeaters are also processed. A radio signal can thus be received and amplified a maximum of 2 times. Radio repeaters do not need to be taught in. They receive and amplify the radio signals from all radio sensors within their reception range.
