The CEHS-CI 02 USB connection cable for Cisco 89xx and 99xx is required to connect professional headsets with the following USB-enabled phones:

  • Cisco: 8800 series, 9900 series, and 8961
  • Polycom: VVX 400, 500, 600 series
  • AudioCodes: 450 HD
  • Alcatel: 8000s series and 8018
  • Snom: D300 series, D700 series, and 700 series with USB

This cable is an enhancement for any contact center and office. With its easy setup and efficient, flexible call answering and ending, it is specifically designed to manage phone calls comfortably.

The CEHS-CI 02 USB connection cable for Cisco 89xx and 99xx is compatible with Sennheiser Communications' wireless office headsets DW Office, DW Pro 1, DW Pro 2, and D 10. Please note that the cable is not intended to connect to a PC or softphone.
