The EX-45362 PCIe I/O card provides two serial RS-232, 422, and 485 high-performance UART 16C550 outputs. Each port can be independently configured as RS-232, 422, or 485. It is designed to expand two additional serial combo ports for PCs, small workstations, or servers via the PCIe bus. The card is fully PCIe Plug-and-Play compatible and has no issues with IRQ and I/O address conflicts. It supports ATATM Auto RS-485 transmitter features. Additionally, +5V or +12V can be configured on pin 9 of the serial RS-232 connector for a POS system (Power over System). The card comes with a low-profile bracket for slim PC cases.
