Converter from RS-232 to RS-422/485. Includes an adapter with a 9-pin to 5-pin terminal block. Suitable for all operating systems. The operating voltage is derived from the RS-232 signal. Usable with all operating systems (Linux, Mac, Windows). The EX-47900 RS-232 to RS-422/485 converter is compatible with any PC, workstation, or server that has an RS-232 interface. The EX-47900 is equipped with a 9-pin socket that you can connect directly to your serial RS-232 interface. It converts asymmetric full-duplex RS-232 signals into symmetric full or half-duplex RS-422/485 signals.
