The FANTEC DB-AluAir U2e is an aluminium hard disk enclosure for the installation of an 8.89 cm (3.5"" ) SATA hard disk. Thanks to the simple and quick installation and Plug & Play, the hard disk is ready for use in no time at all. Via the eSATA connection you can transfer your data at lightning speed with up to 3Gbit/s. The included backup software is individually configurable and offers many settings for data backup, synchronisation and data recovery and can be activated directly by pressing the back-up button. The black aluminium housing provides ideal protection for your data during mobile use and passive cooling of the hard disk. - Suitable for 3.5"" SATA hard disks - eSATA & USB 2.0 connection - Data transfer up to 3Gbit/s (with eSATA) - LED for display of operation and access - Robust aluminium housing - Backup button for backup at the touch of a button - Operation lying or standing with stand (scope of delivery) - Windows XP/Vista/7/8, Mac OS X, Linux Main features Storage medium size.
