The HX240 HDMI 2.1 Extender enables lossless transmission of HDMI signals up to 4K 120Hz HDR over distances of up to 30 meters using CAT6 cables – with zero latency and no visible quality loss. It supports a maximum video resolution of 3840×2160 pixels in RGB or YUV 4:4:4 at SDR, as well as HDR10 with YUV 4:2:2. For longer distances, resolutions of up to 50 meters are possible at lower resolutions. With the integrated infrared transmitters and receivers, you can conveniently control sources and displays remotely. The extender is plug-and-play capable and requires no driver installation. Supported audio formats include PCM 2.0–7.1, Dolby Atmos, Dolby TrueHD, DTS, and DTS-HD. It offers HDMI 2.1 support, a data rate of up to 32 Gbps, and EDID selection between 4K 120Hz and display information. With compact dimensions of 84 × 64 × 14.5 mm and powered by the included 12V power supplies, it is ideal for high-resolution home theater or presentation solutions.
