The crossover frequency (50~150Hz) is used to match the subwoofer to existing speakers. The subwoofer takes over the frequencies below the set crossover frequency and thus relieves the other speakers in the set. The woofer also has a switch for setting the phase. Here you can choose between zero or 180 degrees in order to correct differences in sound propagation time. The actual woofer is located on the underside of the bass reflex speaker and is designed to cover a frequency range of 20 to 200 hertz. The speaker is connected to the AV receiver or amplifier either via the stereo cinch input or via normal speaker terminals. The woofer rests on four feet.
