With the Kailh switches, Glorious has developed interchangeable key switches for its GMMK (Glorious Modular Mechanical Keyboard). They are particularly easy to use in this context, but can also be utilized in other keyboards or DIY projects.

The Kailh switches are compatible with SMD LEDs and can be illuminated through the transparent housing. Thanks to the MX(+) connector, the switches can also be used in keyboards equipped with Cherry MX switches. To ensure maximum compatibility, Cherry MX keycaps are also compatible. With a lifespan of 70 million keystrokes, the Kailh switches are extremely durable.

Kailh Box switches feature a box that surrounds the cross on which the keycaps are mounted. This design minimizes keycap wobble compared to traditional mechanical switches.

Kailh Box Brown switches offer users a blend of a pure gaming keyboard and an ideal typing keyboard. When pressing the keys, one must overcome a slight resistance that provides a noticeable feedback upon activation. Because the two closely spaced actuation points can be easily felt, users can type noticeably faster and execute multiple clicks with very little travel distance in succession.
