The neutral conductor protection can be activated via a regulator. It can be set to either 0% or 100% of Ir. The position of the knob indicates three different operating states (On = top, Off = bottom, Tripped = middle position). A device for locking the switch state in the On or Off position is integrated and can be used with a standard padlock without additional accessories. A test button allows the tripping mechanism to be tested and the main contacts to be opened.
