TurboHD means Full HD 1080P over distances of up to 500 meters using coaxial cable. The new HD-TVI standard supports the analog transmission of HD video recordings at a resolution of 1080P over distances of up to 500 meters via coaxial cable or 200 meters via twisted-pair cable. HDTVI uses a low-frequency signal that is largely immune to electromagnetic interference, making the transmission particularly reliable. Since the data is not compressed, real-time display in megapixel resolution without latency is possible. The Turbo-HD technology is ideal for upgrading analog systems to HD, as existing facilities can be easily adopted, thus protecting investments in existing infrastructures.
