HK Audio

The Sonar 115 Xi is an active, state-of-the-art speaker box that provides optimal sound as a full-range speaker, stage monitor, or satellite in conjunction with a subwoofer. The 15-inch woofer and meticulous HK AUDIO acoustic engineering deliver a powerful bass experience, even for those who do not wish to use a separate subwoofer. The active Sonar Xi models are designed as full-range speakers for stand-alone applications, as front PA systems, stage monitors, or as particularly powerful mid-high units in subwoofer/satellite systems. Their elegant yet robust plastic enclosures are built to withstand years of use "on the road" without complaint. A steel grille with an acoustic fleece backing protects the speakers from rough mechanical impacts, dust, and splashes.

With the clever, adjustable high stand flange that can be tilted at the push of a button, the sound can be optimally directed towards the audience. Thanks to the slanted cabinet design, the Sonar Xi models can also be used as monitors when placed horizontally, and the M10 flying points simplify ceiling mounting in clubs and pubs. Still pleasantly portable, the Sonar 115 Xi translates the extra volume and power of the large 15-inch woofer into higher sound levels and, above all, a strong bass punch. This makes the Sonar 115 Xi the ideal solution for DJs, fitness studios, and entertainers with keyboards or playbacks who do not want to use an additional subwoofer. The high efficiency also makes the Sonar 115 Xi particularly suitable as a powerful top in band PAs when used with subwoofers.
