Product details

Up to 8x 2.5” SATA/SAS hard drives can be installed in this enclosure. The enclosure is HotSwap capable, allowing for easy swapping of hard drives without the need to remove the enclosure. It is made entirely of metal, and the drive trays are equipped with a lock to prevent accidental opening and unauthorized access. An LED indicator shows the operating status and drive access for each storage medium. The aluminum used dissipates heat particularly well, and the cooling of the drives during heavy operation is further ensured by two 50 mm fans at the back. Backplane for 8x 2.5” SATA/SAS HDD/SSD in 2x 5.25” bays. 2x Mini SAS HD host connections. Supports SATA III 6 Gbit/s and SAS III 12 Gbit/s. Robust industrial design, full aluminum/metal. Two fans (50x50 mm) with an alarm for fan failure. Compatible with Windows and macOS. IB-2281SAS-12G, 4x keys, 1x screw set, manual.
