Thanks to Plug & Play and HotSwap, one click in the operating system is all it takes to access the contents of the hard drive. A glance at the blue LED ring shows whether the hard drive is ready for data access.

USB 3.1 technology achieves even higher data transfer rates. USB 3.1 is downwards compatible, provided that appropriate cables or adapters are used. The data rate of up to 10 Gbit/s is supported by the supplied USB 3.1 Type-C cable and only requires a suitable end piece in the form of a PC, tablet or similar.
