The ICY DOCK ToughArmor EX MB491SKL-B 2.5” drive enclosure has been specifically designed for compact industrial systems that require special protection for drives. It is constructed from solid metal, which inherently meets flammability requirements and is capable of withstanding harsh environmental conditions. The metal lock prevents unauthorized access to your important drives, while the thumbscrew provides additional protection against shocks and reduces vibrations from the tray. This contributes to increased stability during transport. Our trays allow for quick exchange of large amounts of data between multiple systems.

The ICY DOCK MB491SKL-B supports both SAS and SATA hard drives/SSDs with transfer speeds of up to 6 GBit/s and is backward compatible with drives and hosts at 3 GBit/s. It is the ideal solution for compact enterprise-level SFF applications and systems.
