This Mini PCI-Express 2.0 to USB 3.0 Host Controller Card complies with the Universal Serial Bus 3.0 Specification Revision 1.0 and the PCI Express Generation 2 Specification. The SuperSpeed USB 3.0 standard can achieve speeds of up to 5 Gb/s, making it up to 10 times faster than the USB 2.0 HighSpeed standard, which has a maximum speed of 480 Mb/s. The card is suitable for embedded PCs or micro-PC systems with Mini PCI-Express expansion capability, making it ideal for industrial applications, for example. The card features an internal motherboard connector for USB 3.0 (19-pin).
