With the KLOTZ AB-MM stereo-to-mono mixing adapters, it is easy to reproduce a stereo signal via a 3.5 mm stereo jack through an XLR mono input of a mixing console or an active speaker as a distortion-free mono signal. The integrated resistor matrix in the connectors ensures that level addition during the mono summation of the stereo signal is prevented, thus guaranteeing absolutely distortion-free playback of the stereo signal in mono. This allows, for example, the playback of a stereo signal from an MP3 player or laptop through just one active speaker or the use of a mono channel in a mixing console for the stereo source.
