Kit includes: 1 feed module, 1 separation roller, 18 pre-separation pads, and 50 replacement tires.

Recommended maintenance:

  • Feed module and separation roller tires: Tire life will vary depending on paper types, environment, and cleanliness. Normal tire life is approximately 500,000 pages; results will vary. Degradation of feeder performance, multiple feeds, stoppages, etc. indicate a need to change tires. It is also recommended that all tires on the feed module and separation roller be changed at the same time. The kit includes extra tires in case one is damaged during replacement.
  • Feed module and separation roller: It is recommended that you install a new feed module and separation roller approximately every 7th tire change. Install a new feed module and separation roller at the same time.
  • Pre-separation pad: Change every other time you change the feed module, separation roller, or change the tires.
