Product details

The external drive enclosure from Kolink provides a mobile home for large 3.5-inch magnetic hard drives. The black casing is made of brushed aluminum, giving it a very premium feel. Additionally, it effectively dissipates any heat generated by the built-in hard drive to the surrounding air.

Installing a storage device in the Kolink enclosure is straightforward, and a screwdriver needed for this is included in the package. The integrated SATA interface supports the established SATA-3G standard, which has a realistically achievable bandwidth of up to 300 MB/s (3 Gbit/s), making it more than sufficient for all hard drives. The enclosure supports storage devices with a capacity of up to 3 TB.

Compatibility: Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP; Mac from OS X version 10.5 onwards.
