SDVoE is a recognized standard for the high-quality distribution of AV content with additional features, including control, matrix, video wall, and multiview over longer distances via a 10G network without compression and delay. The Lindy 4K60 HDMI and USB SDVoE Transceiver is a high-performance AV over IP extender for HDMI 4K60, USB, audio, IR, and RS-232 signals. It can be configured as either an encoder or decoder to manage a complete SDVoE installation, with connection to a 10G network switch via copper using a standard Cat. 6 or higher cable, or by adding an SFP+ fiber optic module. Supporting resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD, it allows uncompressed videos to be displayed in stunning clarity, while additional support for HDR (High Dynamic Range) enables the display of content with enhanced brightness, greater black and white contrasts, and a much wider color gamut. This device offers various features for connection in multicast mode, such as seamless switching, 9 x 9 video walls, and multiview for 25 windows. Device management can be done with the Lindy SDVoE Controller, which provides a web-based visual interface with signal preview and drag-and-drop operations, allowing for quick and intuitive setup of the installation. Management can also be performed via any SDVoE codec, enabling compatibility with other software and hardware streaming platforms. In addition to the HDMI signal, this transceiver supports bidirectional IR control, USB for connecting a mouse, keyboard, and other USB devices, 3.5 mm analog stereo for embedding and extracting audio, RS-232 control, and PoE.
