The Lindy Cat.6 HDBaseT HDMI 4K60 Wall Plate Transmitter is part of a reliable high-performance solution for transmitting HDMI signals over long distances using a Cat.6 network cable. By combining this transmitter with a compatible HDBaseT receiver, such as Lindy No. 38214 and 38342, a reliable signal transmission of up to 70 meters is ensured. The following combinations of distance and resolution are possible with high-quality Cat.6 U/UTP or F/UTP cables:

• 70 m: 1920x1080@60Hz 4:4:4 8Bit
• 40 m: 3840x2160@60Hz 4:4:4 8Bit / 4:2:2 12Bit

With resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD, videos are displayed in stunning clarity, while the additional support for HDR (High Dynamic Range) allows for content to be shown with enhanced brightness, greater contrasts between black and white, and a much wider color gamut. The support for PoC (Power over Cable) with an on/off switch adds extra flexibility, as it allows power to be supplied over the Cat.6 network cable in a point-to-point configuration between the transmitter and receiver. The bidirectional IR ports on both sides of the installation enable control of source devices from the display, and the display can also be controlled from the HDMI source. This system also features an RS232 port via a terminal block on the back, allowing the user complete and easy control.
