The Lindy USB 3.1 Notebook Docking Station is a compact and multifunctional solution for connecting multiple peripherals with different interfaces, including two monitors, to a notebook using a single cable.
It includes all the ports needed for a standard workstation and enables simultaneous connection to two monitors, power supply, Gigabit network, audio, and a USB 3.1 Gen 1 / 3.0 SuperSpeed Hub. This notebook docking station supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode, allowing the connection of two monitors (HDMI and/or DisplayPort) via the Type C port to a compatible notebook. When using a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter, it is also possible to connect two HDMI monitors. When connecting one monitor, resolutions up to Ultra HD 4K at 30 Hz are achieved; when two monitors are connected simultaneously, the maximum resolution is 1920x1200p at 60 Hz.
USB Power Delivery is supported up to 60 watts, meaning a compatible notebook can also be charged via the Type C port.
An integrated USB 3.1 Gen 1 / 3.0 SuperSpeed Hub provides 2 Type A USB ports on the back and one Type A and one Type C port on the front. The Type C USB port on the front can only be used for data transfer; Power Delivery or Alternate Mode are not supported. The Type A USB port supports the USB Battery Charging Specification 1.2 for charging mobile devices.
