The USB-C to USB-C charging cable charges the new MacBook or MacBook Pro with the USB-C power adapter at up to 100 watts (max. 20V/3.0-5.0A). The genius of this cable is the magnetic connection between the cable and the USB-C connector, similar to the older MagSafe power adapters from Apple.
