The services are prepaid services. You must top up in advance for your account to be credited. If fees are incurred, they will be deducted from the amount credited to your account. No invoice or statement will be issued to you. You can check your balance from time to time by contacting our customer service department. Your rights under § 45i, 45j TKG remain unaffected.
