The Monitor Supreme 202 is the larger of two bookshelf speakers in the series. It is designed based on a 2-way bass reflex principle, delivering high bass dynamics with good precision across the entire frequency range. The cabinet of this large bookshelf speaker is made from solid MDF panels, making it particularly resistant to unwanted self-resonances. As with all models in the series, the recessed baffle visually stands out and defines the appearance of the compact box. The speaker is available in two high-quality wood finishes and features a 170-mm woofer with a specially coated paper diaphragm in the bass reflex enclosure, providing high bass dynamics and excellent coupling to the tweeter. The new 25-mm textile dome tweeter with its newly styled flange offers improved and very precise dispersion characteristics.
