Product details
The Manson SSP-8162 laboratory power supply is a state-of-the-art switch-mode power supply that stands out for its programmability and versatile applications. With a maximum output voltage of 84 V and an output current of up to 5 A, it delivers 160 W of power suitable for various laboratory applications. The device allows remote control via USB as well as external voltage sources or potentiometers, enabling flexible handling and adaptation to specific requirements. The programmability of the power supply is enhanced by three freely adjustable memory slots for presets, which can also be used as a DC sweep generator. This allows for the creation of automated voltage profiles over defined time intervals, which is particularly beneficial for test runs. The included PC software expands functionality and enables graphical visualization of voltage profiles, as well as increasing the preset memory to up to 20.
- Automatic constant voltage/constant current operation for precise applications
- Quiet operation through natural convection, ideal for quiet laboratory environments
- Galvanically isolated, remotely switchable output for added safety
- Highly efficient switch-mode power supply with active PFC for energy savings
- Comprehensive protection against overload, overvoltage, overtemperature, and short circuit.
