The POS-104UL is an intelligent serial universal PCI card with 4 ports, designed for POS and ATM applications as well as for use by manufacturers of industrial automation systems and system integrators. The POS-104UL is compatible with all major operating systems. Additionally, each of the 4 serial RS-232 interfaces supports data transmission rates of up to 921.6 kbps and provides full modem control signals to ensure compatibility with a variety of serial peripherals.

The POS-104UL supplies each serial interface with 5 or 12 volts and operates with both 3.3 V and 5 V PCI buses, making it suitable for installation in most PC servers.
