The IP camera IC 1285 Z Smart Home from Olympia for indoor use can be easily connected to the Olympia alarm system Protect 6xxx/9xxx series and then controlled via an app on your smartphone or tablet. Alternatively, the camera can also be used without the Olympia alarm system.

The IP camera transmits to your Olympia Protect base unit via a radio transmitter/receiver operating at 0.868 GHz. If you operate the camera independently of an Olympia alarm system, an RJ45 port is available for an Ethernet LAN cable, but thanks to the Wi-Fi interface, signal transmission is also possible wirelessly. WEP and WPA encryption ensure secure transmission of image and video data.

Receive live images with a resolution of 1,280 x 720 pixels on your mobile device. When a sensor of your Protect alarm system is triggered, a notification is immediately sent to your mobile device via push notification (internet connection required). Additionally, you can easily take snapshots or activate the integrated audio function. A 5x optical zoom allows for a closer look. Thanks to infrared LEDs, you also have good visibility at night up to approximately 10.0 meters.

With its compact dimensions (10.0 x 10.0 x 12.0 cm W x D x H), the IP camera is hardly noticeable at first glance. The Olympia IC 1285 Z Smart Home can be used standing or mounted on the wall. With a camera field of view of 67°, it can pan 330° horizontally and 80° vertically. A micro-SD card slot for a micro-SD card of up to 32 GB (not included) is available for internal recordings. Power is supplied via an external power adapter.
