Emergency stop switch with pull cable, Series ER. The pull cable switches of the ER series from Omron feature a robust and durable design for the most demanding applications. By using pull cable switches with long cable lengths, the number of emergency stop switches required can be reduced, thereby minimizing installation time and costs. The pull cable switch of the ER series is available as standard, with an emergency stop switch, or with a status indicator light. Cable lengths of up to 80 m mean that fewer switches are needed per application. With the voltage indicator, the system is easy to set up and maintain at the correct cable tension. Thanks to the IP67 housing (NEMA 6), the switch can withstand a wash-down with water. Available in aluminum die-cast or stainless steel housing with a stainless steel eye nut. The blue reset button allows the unit to be easily returned to the operational position after activation. Durable switch for at least one million switching cycles. The switch contacts with snap action prevent unwanted triggering due to vibrations. Models with an emergency stop button have 2 mounting positions and can be installed or repositioned in the field. Models with an optional dual status indicator light (24 Vdc) can be wired to flash red when triggered or glow green continuously to indicate a properly reset switch.
