The KFD2-STC4-Ex1 transmitter power supply unit from Pepperl & Fuchs is a highly advanced device that provides intrinsic safety circuits for various equipment protection levels. It is suitable for installation in protection levels Gc as well as in Divisions Div. 1 and Div. 2. With a Safety Integrity Level (SIL) of 2, this device ensures reliable and safe signal transmission. It supports analog inputs and is compatible with 2-wire and 3-wire transmitters. HART communication enables efficient data transmission for control purposes. The device is designed for use in a temperature range of -20 to 60 °C and offers a supply voltage of 24 V DC. Connection options include screw terminals or a power rail, facilitating installation and integration into existing systems.
