This aluminum pump base allows for very easy and quick installation of the pump and significantly dampens the pump's vibrations. Resonances with PC cases can thus be effectively reduced or even completely prevented. The pump is securely screwed to the aluminum base using the included decouplers. The aluminum base can then be mounted in the PC case, for example on the floor, using the special Velcro mat, which is coated with very strong adhesive on both sides. This triple technique guarantees optimal decoupling. The decoupling buffers reduce vibrations, the aluminum base absorbs the remaining vibrations, and the Velcro strip prevents the transmission of any residual vibrations to the case.
