This 64GB memory is 100% compatible with the Supermicro SuperServer F628R3-RC1B+.

What memory configuration is possible? Our memory team is happy to assist you in choosing the right memory and configuring your device. Generally, your system may be equipped with processors from the E5-2600 v3 or E5-2600 v4 series. Accordingly, the memory can be configured for that.

The memory can be selected as RDIMM (Registered DIMM) or LRDIMM (Load Reduced DIMM). RDIMM and LRDIMM cannot be mixed. Therefore, when upgrading, you should know which memory is already present or completely upgrade with LRDIMM memory. Only the memory slots where the respective CPU is present can be utilized.
