PrimaCreator Super-PFA Film for 3D Printers

High-quality PrimaCreator SPFA film sheets.

PrimaCreator Super-PFA is a multi-layer PFA composite film designed for large-format resin 3D printers.

The surface of SPFA effectively prevents electrostatic adsorption and adhesion, reducing the release force. This significantly improves the success rate when used in printers with larger screens.

A lower release force also reduces wear on the printer itself, as it is easier to overcome during each movement cycle. We recommend using SPFA with printers that have screens of 8.9 inches and larger.

The SPFA film itself has a much longer lifespan due to lower stress and reduced bending movements compared to other films. This is particularly noticeable in larger printers, where SPFA can last up to 10 times longer than standard FEP.

SPFA can withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C, with a recommended long-term operating temperature of up to 260 °C. This is comparable to standard FEP film, which is generally not suitable for temperatures above 200 °C.

To protect the sheet from wrinkles and scratches, each sheet is coated on both sides with a protective film and packaged in a protective envelope.

The sheets fit most 3D printers with approximately 13-inch LCDs / 9-inch LCDs.

Please remove the blue protective film from the SPFA plate before use. Insert the SPFA film with the side facing up into the resin tank and the side without the protective film facing down towards the UV light source.
