PrimaSelect Luvocom 3F PAHT CF 9891 filament is a high-temperature resistant polyamide (PA) reinforced with carbon fibers (15%). This grade is based on PA6 and is easy to print, with low warping and improved layer adhesion, optimized for industrial applications. Typical areas of use include robotics, drones, automotive manufacturing, aerospace, as well as functional prototypes and end parts. This specific type of technical polymer has been developed for the 3D printing industry to meet injection molding strength requirements. With a focus on the series production of end parts, the filament can be used on conventional FFF/FDM 3D printing systems without a heated chamber.
Printer recommendations:
Pre-drying recommendations: 100 °C for 4 - 6 hours or 80 °C for 12 hours. We recommend using a larger nozzle (>0.5 mm) for carbon-filled filaments. To achieve the best printing results, we advise setting up the 3D printer in a room with minimal drafts and/or temperature fluctuations. When not in use, it is important to store the filament in a bag and keep it in a cool, dry, and dark place until it is needed again.
