"Why do you state that this HomePod Mini will be delivered by mid-December, postpone this delivery every few days and now at the end of January ?! Is this the fault of an unreliable supplier? I would have ordered the HomePod from Digitec if it had said end of January from the start. But this way I find the whole thing extremely tedious.

I would like to know the following: when is a delivery information correct? Lately it has been completely wrong. A delivery deadline is constantly given that is never met and is postponed countless times.

Because Digitec's "grey" suppliers do not keep their promises. Digitec is a Swiss supplier and therefore has no official import channel for HomePods, which are not distributed here by Apple.

It can't be that difficult to get reasonable delivery dates from a reputable supplier. The delivery status has been changing for 5 days. Or did your private truck distributor have a flat tire? Simply incomprehensible!

At the beginning of March it said "in 2-3 days", shortly afterwards "mid-March" and now "mid-June". I'm only leaving my order because I was able to order it for a good 100.- at the time and I don't really need the thing. But Digitec definitely doesn't gain any reputation with me by changing an order from "in 2-3 days" to "in 3 months".

Ugh, fake delivery times again. Said to be shipped yesterday and now 06.05. Cancel your orders, it’s not gonna happen. Just buy it in Germany or UK and have it send over. This delivery time nonsense is really ruining trust in this company. LG swivel screens also never come. It is possibly illegal to do this, take the money and then postpone delivery again and again. Why does Galaxus/Digitec keep doing this? It’s embarrassing, unprofessional and damaging to the brand.

Please clarify once and for all how long it will take. There are plenty of products on Apple DE... if this continues, I'll have to think about something else. But always postponing the date by 4 days is not possible...

Since the Homepod is not officially available in Switzerland, Digitec has to import it. Different suppliers have different prices. Differences may therefore arise.

As various other customers have already done here, I have now also ordered a US Homepod Mini from another Swiss online retailer. I didn't have to wait three days and had the product on my doorstep.

Why does the price and delivery time of these Homepods always change from white to black? Don't always say different suppliers and conditions. So far, no supplier has managed to deliver a Homepod. You have also changed the delivery conditions without a definite date, so why don't you take the Homepods out of the range and not sell them in the Online Shop if you can't deliver? How can you fool your loyal customers like this? .... Shipment today and the next day date uncertain but you know if galaxus has received a package from suppliers so please really. Galaxus has assured me that it will arrive on 23.3, so let's see! I want a price reduction soon.

"Swiss law does not provide for a maximum time limit for deliveries. In order to give customers a guarantee, the seller can specify a time limit in the contract. However, it would be unfair and thus a violation of the UWG to state delivery periods that are too short and impossible to meet, just to attract customers."
