We are currently at BIOS 1802; 1205 was released in June 2023, so you can assume that you will find this or a later BIOS on a purchased mainboard 18 months later. However, this is not absolutely certain, as it is not known whether all motherboards have the latest BIOs when they are shipped from the manufacturer, nor how long a motherboard was in stock before it was purchased. There is a serial number on the packaging, so you could possibly use this to make an enquiry with Asus. To be absolutely sure, you would have to open the package and test the board; Digitec will be able to tell you whether this will invalidate the warranty. But I can't tell you for sure whether an old BIOS already works with the 14th generation - at least as far as getting into the BIOS.
