The fan at the bottom would be in the way. You need a support at the bottom to hold the weight of the graphics card and it wouldn't look good.

I have this graphics card holder under my ASUS Rog Strix 4090 OC with 3 fans at the bottom. Fits and looks good. But make sure to place the support point at the corner or between the fans so that it doesn't touch the fans. It is also important that it is placed stably under the graphics card so that it does not slip and possibly hit the fan blades.

If I remember correctly, the holder has a 3-pin RGB connector "Aura Adressable Header Gen2".
And you definitely have 2 of them on the top and bottom of this brutal gaming motherboard ;-)

It is probably connected with an ARGB cable. ARGB is connected directly to the mainboard or to an ARGB terminal. The power therefore comes directly via the ARGB cable. The description leaves a lot to be desired.
