Not true. Mine is QWERTY.
I bought one from HyperX Wrist Rest. It's the same length as the keyboard and super comfortable.

I also had some problems with Armoury Crate, It was working again after I updated the firmware a few times. To switch the light mode you can use FN+left/right arrow, and for brightness FN+up/down arrow.

The "Deluxe" comes with one, but as far as I know it's the same keyboard. Interestingly, even cheaper, but not immediately available...
CH => QWERTZ - é, à & è => the images are never contractual
as the other one is not linked i can't compare it well, but it is possible that it has a different layout or a different key technology
