You can do this in principle. However, the Fritzbox will then act as a second router and not as a repeater. This means you have a second subnet or a second WLAN name. The devices, e.g. mobile and SmartTV, will not be able to see each other if one device is connected to the Swisscom router and the other to the Fritzbox. I think you are looking for a classic repeater or a powerline device.

I use the setting "existing access via WLAN" under Internet > Access data so that there is no physical connection between the Internet router (Speedport) and the home network (FB4060). This should also work if the Speedport is replaced by a mobile hotspot. Supplementary: The home network has a different SSID than the Internet router, so the FB does not serve as a repeater, but creates its own self-contained WLAN.

The 4060 does NOT have a modem, which must therefore be provided by the network operator or which you must buy yourself. The 4060 can be flexibly connected to a cable, DSL or fibre optic connection via modem and then offers all the options of the Fritz!Box (private branch exchange, SmartHome, tri-band WLAN, etc.).
