The article basically fits into the Aspire C22-820 All-in-One PC, as this supports DDR4-SODIMM RAM with 2400 MHz and only has one memory slot. The RAM must be used as a single module, which is the case with this 1 x 8GB DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM RAM. It is important that the PC only has one slot and that the new RAM replaces the existing one. The voltage of 1.20 V and the clock frequency of 2400 MHz are compatible with the Aspire C22-820, which uses DDR4-2400 RAM. Note that there are reports that some 8GB modules do not always boot smoothly, a BIOS update may be necessary if problems occur. Overall, the RAM type and speed is suitable for the PC.

Yes, I also have the 2017 iMac. Fits and installation is easy. But only if you remove the old memory. I tried leaving the old 8 GB in. Depending on the slot, the iMac is then slower or doesn't run at all. With the 32 GB it runs much faster and without any problems.

Crucial has a tool for this. With it, you can see which RAM fits your laptop and thus answer the question yourself. www.crucial.com/store/advisor

Your notebook probably has 8GB soldered onboard and it probably has a free slot. You can expand to 16 GB or 24 GB. This module fits the specifications. Upgrading to 16GB is recommended because the RAM then runs in dual-channel mode. This may have an impact when gaming, otherwise it more or less doesn't matter. If you want to check it (before or after installation), this tool shows the configuration and dual-channel operation: https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

As far as I can see, this should work (Crucial itself does not give any information about this because of the "problem" below). You've got your work cut out for you: https://www.ifixit.com/News/9192/2017-imac-ram-upgrade It is important to say that Apple says that the RAM is not user-replaceable. This means that an upgrade will definitely invalidate any warranty.

If your Strix Scar II was delivered with 1x 16GB stick of DDR4-2666 RAM, i recommend the following RAM to ensure compatibility and performance: Crucial CT16G4SFD8266 (1x, 16GB, DDR4-2666, SO-DIMM 260 pin) PS: Please provide the exact model number either of the RAM or the laptop model to verify compatibility.
