Questions about Crucial Mx500

The price went from 145fr to almost 400fr in the space of a few days... and now it's well over 300fr. I don't mind prices fluctuating, but isn't there a problem here?

I see again the "super" offer for the mx500 for 159.... but which version of the mx500 are we talking about here??? Are these still the genuine original NAND memories or the "cost-optimised" ones like I saw here the other day?

Are these still the original NAND memories or are they the "cost-optimised" ones like I read here the other day? @dimitri.pfluger: Unfortunately I could not get a statement for the MX500 and BX500, only for the P2, which is/was not part of this action. Since no statement can be obtained, this is rather a bad sign. If this is the case, I would like to return 1 of my purchase. Is this possible?

What exactly is the question here? I bought this SSD simply because I needed an inexpensive storage drive, and this one does the job I bought it for.

Just installed the ssd in my pc and wanted to load windows on it but the pc can't see the ssd have reconnected everything and it doesn't work

You can try the following: Use a different SATA port (try several), as certain configuration constellations disable certain ports. If this does not help, update the UEFI to the latest version.

On the Mac, open the "Disk Utility" and format the SSD. MAC OS Extended (journaled) You can also connect the SSD to the Mac, start the Mac and immediately press the 4 keys Ctrl +alt + cmd + r until the window with the selection of the "Disk Utility" appears!

Is this SSD also recommended for an iMac27 5K 2017 in exchange for the Fusion Drive ? Or better a Samsung EVO 860 or QVO 860 ? Thank you.

I only use these two brands because they manufacture their own memory chips and offer perfectly functioning software for firmware upgrades. So far, neither a Crucial nor a Samsung SSD has failed.
