My DYMO 160 has a QWERTY keyboard, but when I press Z, the Y appears and when I press Y, the Z appears! Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks for the help.

Then you probably got the wrong software. Others also have this problem. It can only be fixed by changing the software. To do this, you have to contact Digitec support so that you can send it back or something similar.

The description of this product mentions an AZERTY keyboard, whereas the technical data sheet specifies a QWERTZ keyboard. Is it indeed the latter (QWERTZ) that is equipped on the labeller?
