I have a defective adapter with the following specifications: AC ADAPTOR, Model: JAD - 0600500E, INPUT: 220-240V, 50Hz0.1A Max. Output: 6V - 500mA3.0VA. Is the adapter Hama ES500/6W. Is the product 1:1 comparable or the same as the Hama ES500/6W?

Hello Bea-markus, The Hama adapter should fit as a replacement for the JAD-0600500E. The only uncertainty is the hollow plug (the round one with the "hole"). I don't know the dimensions (outer and inner diameter). The Hama power supply is universal and comes with different hollow plugs, most likely one of them will fit. When you start it up, you just have to make sure that the voltage is set to 6V and that the plug is connected with the correct polarity. Greetings Andy from Hama

I have an older HP 210-2040ez and need a power supply for it. Specs are: 11.1V and 4mm socket. Will this power supply fit or can I test it in the shop and return it if necessary?

The 4mm connection should fit. However, the requested power supply does not have 11.1V. We would therefore recommend a universal notebook power supply unit: https://www.digitec.ch/de... Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to say this specifically. Since this is a universal adapter and therefore different plugs are supplied, you would have to match these with the device you have. From a purely visual point of view, it is unfortunately not possible to prove this.
