Hello, I bought an HD+ card for 12 months some time ago. However, I only inserted it today. The card is recognised, but the picture remains black. It is supposed to activate itself, but it doesn't seem to work. A renewed activation at HD+ on the homepage fails due to the missing pin number, which is nowhere to be found. Neither on the original package nor on the invoice. Does anyone have any experience with this? Supposedly the HD+ channels are only marketed in Germany, which makes me suspect bad things. Thank you very much for your answers!

For about 3 weeks I have not been able to receive the channels Dmax HD and Eurosport HD with my HD plus card. The message "no signal" always appears. I have no problems with all the other channels such as Pro 7 HD, Sat 1 HD, etc.

What is the difference (advantages/disadvantages) between: HD+ Smartcard, version HD02 Art. 2741475 (CHF 79.-) and. HD+ Smartcard, version HD03 Art. 446680 (CHF 67.60)

HD01: The first smartcards issued from November 2009 onwards bore the designation HD01. They can be recognised by their white colouring. The chip of the card has ROM version 142 and works with CAID 1830. HD02: The HD02 cards were introduced in 2010. They are black in colour and use ROM version 180. CAID 1843 is used here. HD03: Since September 2012, the HD03 card, which is also black, has been delivered. It uses CAID 1860 and is considered much more secure.

If you have inserted such a card into the TV, does the TV also have to be connected to a cable in order to receive the channels?
